Founder Skye Antoniou has always had a deep love for creative expression, whether through music, gaming, or art. Her career began at 16 in the music industry, where she attended live events with less than five pounds in her bank account, hopped TFL barriers, wrote articles for performers, offered feedback, and provided free promotion. This early experience helped guide artists, bands, and songwriters to grow by focusing on their unique strengths, skills, and brand rather than following mainstream trends. It was here that she discovered her gift and love for creative strategy and direction.

Her dedication led to an opportunity with a London publisher whose credits included work with Miley Cyrus, Ariana Grande, and Little Mix. Starting as a Junior A&R and later being promoted to A&R Manager, she gained invaluable experience from writing sessions and meetings with top talent, shaping their vision through sound, brand, and emotional identities.
